About the project:

Our team worked with Lendlease and Bouygues to provide a mix of services to the North Connex Road Tunnel project.

Completed work:

• Specialist supervision pf the final stage of excavation, services installation and final shotcrete lining applications. At the peak of the project, we had 7 supervisors and 3 superintendents in action.
• Supervised labour with a team of 40 tunnellers working in multiple locations delivering the final shotcrete lining.
• Leadership training provided by our own director Harry Lyle to all people in supervisor positions.
