Our team successfully delivered the excavation and structural support of the Clyde access shaft, measuring 16 metres in diameter and 26 metres deep, as well as the excavation, support, and lining of the spur tunnels and crossover cavern at the Clyde Dive site.
A key highlight of the project was the use of an Australian-first bespoke Lining Erector Machine (LEM) to install precast concrete segments within the spur tunnels. This innovative approach enabled the delivery of a durable, permanent lining system with fully watertight gaskets, demonstrating our commitment to engineering excellence and construction innovation
