About the project:

We worked with Lendlease on a construct only subcontract for the construction of 67m long pedestrian link tunnel connecting the new North and South Towers of the Sydney Metro Martin Place Station development.

Project snapshot:

• This was a high-risk project under 50 Martin Place, Sydney which is a heritage listed building.

Completed works:

• Excavation including removing the mass concrete backfill footings from the building.
• Installed some of the biggest steel sets currently in use in Australia.
• Permanent concrete lining (including waterproofing).
